Pet Behavior Helpline and Information

Pet owners can call for assistance with pet behavior questions. This is a free service offered to the public to help reduce animal surrenders and keep pets in their homes. Our staff gives advice to over 1,000 callers annually on questions ranging from basic manners and fearful behavior to cat litterbox training. Assistance on a host of pet care and training issues is also available on our website.
