The Capital Area Humane Society’s 2008 Run & Walk for the Animals is fast approaching and the animals need your help to make this year’s event the most successful ever. This year, we hope to raise $95,000 to support the shelter mission and programs.

If you cannot participate, you can still make a difference in the lives of thousands of companion animals by making a donation of any amount. Should you choose to give a gift of $100 or more, you will become a “Friend of the Walk.”
On-line donations for the Run & Walk will be disabled on September 24th at noon. You can turn in your money at the event on Saturday!
Who are the Friends of the RWFTA?
Friends of the RWFTA are animal lovers who each contribute $100 or more to the Run & Walk for the Animals. This year we hope to attract 100 Friends of the RWFTA.
All Friends of the RWFTA members will receive special recognition at the Run & Walk for the Animals. Event proceeds benefit the more than 6,000 animals the Capital Area Humane Society cares for annually. All Friends of the RWFTA donations are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.
